OopsThis depends on how the customer information is updated.  You can be sure to update through the form supplied on the Control sheet.  If updating from an Invoice then a check is made against the contact name and organization name.  If they are both the same then the record is updated. If not the same then a new customer record is added.
The customer information can also be updated manually in the Customers sheet.
