Optimizing Portfolio Is Always Stuck At Process 2 Of 4

I was quite excited to get my hands on the tool but so far has been a very bad experience. Unfortunately, the Optimization Process doesn't do what it suppose to do and excel stops working completely at Process 2 of 4 and you need to completely shut it off and restart to process but I have already done it a dozen times and it is becoming a headache right now.
Any thoughts or help will be much appreciated.
