This is a real time saver for quickly evaluating a portfolio of prospective investment assets. A good way to establish a quick baseline and points of comparison between different investments.

Previously, I have held a license as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). The valuation process is not rocket science, but it is complex enough that you can screw it up if you don't know what you are doing. Insert this investment and business valuation workbook.
