ConfusedI am seeking information regarding customization of the tool (regression analysis tool), making it easy to use for appraisers to create an AVM. Whilst the current version can be used, it could be a terrific productivity tool with some changes. I am happy to pay for the work and will provide detailed specifications. Can anyone help?

XLSTAT 's an excellent Excel add-in that can do this.
It offers excellent data analysis software products for Excel.
It also covers Klienbaum, Kupper, Muller and Nizam, Applied Regression Analysis and Other Multivariable Methods.
It provides industry vertical specific customizations as well.
