	Hi, I've got the following setup of a table: Excel Spreadsheet:   A B C D 1  Name Revenue  Criteria  SUMIF 2  some-text-more (blank-12345)  2645  blank-12345   What would the formula be if I wanted to make a SUMIF function where it gives the sum of the revenue in column B where the Criteria in column C appears in column A? 	Use wildcards on the criteria Rate this: (3/5 from 1 vote) You can use wildcards around the criteria to match partial text in the SUMIF function. If you have data down 20 rows, the formula in cell D2 is: =SUMIF(A2:A20,"*"&C2&"*",B2:B20)
