Reports Not Working

ConfusedWhen I run a report the sales revenue and collected revenues are incorrect!  When I save an invoice with say a deposit paid or tick the all paid box it doesn't seem to save it correctly.

Used on Mac Ofice 2011 and Windows Excell 2007 (I think)

Attached is the spread sheet (mmm cant attache the file!)
