	you can try choose instead of nested ifs 1 =CHOOSE(A1,"one","two","three","four") 2 =CHOOSE(A2,"one","two","three","four") 3 =CHOOSE(A3,"one","two","three","four") 4 =CHOOSE(A4,"one","two","three","four") write the formula in first row n then drag it
