	Thanks - understood. But, my questions was specific to this scenario:  I used the spreadsheet to anaylze real estate sales for a market area - size, date of sale, bathrooms, etc. Then, for my one specific 'study' property, I want to use the equation to plug in the specific details for that property, and see the predicted value from the regression model's equation. I know I can manually do it with the formula provided as output from your tool, but hoped there might be a 'hidden' feature that would construct the equation for me, and I just plug in the values for the property I'm studying? Thanks for your excellent support! MattB
