| 1. inventory I am evaluating your software for use by a charity in Nth India. I cannot see how to add new product quantities except by directly changing stock quatities which does not leave an audit trail. 2. Inventory stock quantities This issue seems to follow on from the inventory management post. Tracking additions to inventory stock levels is not a feature of the current system; however we will take this into account for future versions. 3. Inventory level management The inventory levels can be managed in several ways: Manually updating product details (no audit trail) Importing product details via the file import method which updates existing matched products (audit trail from external system). 4. Selection Problems ..I have not been able to calculate the left over inventory, because two different groups can have same colors. In other words, when I pick blue, it deducts from my inventory, and if group be gets blue, I am not sure how to calculate that, because the root inventory is no longer correct. 10. Forecast time period instead of date ..Instead of using dates, I would use the number of days on average between each status so that to estimate each value for a given inventory, the date can be used against the estimated number of days to forecast the date expected for the statuses of the new property.
