Weird 'theoretical Change And Optimal' Output

ConfusedI get some weird output in the Results sheet.

In the columns Theoretical Change and Optimal I get percentages of weighting in millions %, see below.

This behaviour can occur depending on the regional settings of your computer.  It is involved with the comma used to identify decimal places.

If you try to adjust this to a point (.) using the Regional Settings option in the Control Panel, this will fix the problem.
